How to start a perfect day?

Follow these five simple tips to make your day really special.

1. Sleep well! – Crucial for perfect day

This advice may sound banal, but nothing that does not affect our mood, as a quality dream. Not only that – during our sleep, our body is regenerated and regenerated. A quality night sleep extends life, and it has recently been discovered that our immune system works best during night sleep. Therefore, go to sleep earlier than you usually do. This way you will ensure that the next day passes you in a great mood.

2. Get up early!

Wake up before – before sunrise. Go out (or open the window) and look out at the rising sun. Greet him! In many cultures, the sun is a symbol of consciousness, spirituality, vitality, and prosperity. Early rising will bring you health, good mood, brightness and protection from stress throughout the day.

3. Spiritual Practice

In many traditions the day begins with spiritual practice – and that is not without reason. Start a day with meditation, praying or mantras, affirmations, or any other type of spiritual practice. Spiritual activities in the morning will bring you peace and protection throughout the day. I know, the morning is a busy part of the day – you have to prepare for the job and do a lot more. But – remember! – we got up earlier, so today we can devote 15-20 minutes to morning meditation.

4. Exercise!

After dedicating some time to our spiritual “I”, we must pay attention to our physical body. Practice lightly for 15-20 minutes. Do not force – let the exercise be comfortable and light. Yoga exercises are very pleasant and are therefore particularly suitable for early morning. For the beginning of the day, it is convenient to do an exercise called “Hello to the Sun”.

5. Breakfast

Finally – we feed our body so that it feels full of health and energy! Is it possible to imagine a better breakfast of fruit? Sweet, juicy, delicious, full of vitamins and vital energy … Get it as much as you can! Do not limit yourself to a kind of fruit – let’s have 3-4 kinds of fruit on your desk.
